This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations regarding digital products and custom engineering services provided by weblix jo. Our offerings include building scalable front-end interfaces, web templates, and UI/UX digital assets using modern frameworks like Next.js and React, as well as monthly and annual website maintenance and technical support packages.

All checkout transactions and invoicing flows are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle").

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our code and digital assets. Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or subscription activation under the following conditions:

  • The delivered digital assets or web templates fail to meet the agreed technical specifications.
  • Unresolved critical defects or code incompatibility issues handled by our engineering team.
  • Cancellation of any monthly or annual maintenance subscription tier within the first 14 days of activation.

3. Subscription Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel your recurring monthly or annual subscription at any time without penalty:

  • Via Self-Service Portal: Access the hosted Paddle Customer Portal to manage payment methods or cancel auto-renewal in one click.
  • Via Support Contact: Submit a cancellation request to our engineering support email info@weblix-jo.com or official WhatsApp channel.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which no further charges will be billed.

4. Refund Processing & Fulfillment

Once a refund request is approved, Paddle issues the credit directly back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay). Refunds typically reflect on your banking statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial provider.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted after the expiration of the 14-day guarantee window.
  • Enterprise custom web development projects delivered and signed off with full source code handover.
